Staffing Sales Manager Responsibilities and Duties: FIRST & FOREMOST, the Market Development Manager #1 role and responsibility is to drive new business through the Sales Process. Market Development Manager must have the ability to call on C-Level executives, hiring managers, plant managers and supervisors in various industries. Market Development Manager must have the ability to recruit associates and place associates on assignment. Solicit new business by pursuing leads through consultative sales. Cold calling-virtual & face-to-face. Implement Marketing Campaigns. Secure minimum sales metric expectations. Prompt follow up on all leads and opportunities. Understand pricing models & processes to secure profitable business. Accurately log and maintain sales activity into CRM system. Perform credit checks and obtain corresponding WC Codes for new business. Perform necessary safety walk through/evaluations. Adhere to compliance policies. Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking in handling responsibilities related to new business development and recruiting. Critical thinking and problem solving.
