As an precision grinder technician, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines, ensuring precise part dimensions, and maintaining high-quality standards. Location: Fridley, MN Wage: $20 - $30 per hour, depending on qualifications Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm Benefits of the precision grinder technician: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance PTO and Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Room for growth and development Safe and organized work environment Duties of the precision grinder technician: Set up and operate OD grinding machines Select appropriate machine and tools for each job Follow blueprints, job orders, and verbal instructions to ensure precise part dimensions, tolerances, and finishes Perform routine maintenance on the machine and maintain a clean work area Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for accuracy Troubleshoot machine or tooling issues and report any defects Requirements of the precision grinder technician: Experience in setting up and operating OD grinding machines Ability to read and follow blueprints and job instructions Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Additional Information: Apply today!
