Responsibilities Job Description

We are looking for a Culinary Assistant to join our team at Willows Bend! This position is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in Fridley, MN. This nutrition services schedule includes;

• 21 hours every two weeks

• Part time, Early Evening shifts

• Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation

• Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting

• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction

• Provides support to Chefs other Culinary Assistants

• No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting

• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required

• Desire to work with seniors

• Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff

Qualifications :

• Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required

Qualifications

$16.13-$23.30 / Hourly
