A Taste of What You’ll Do
Gain comprehensive supply chain knowledge through hands-on work and observing colleagues across various disciplines.
Oversee specific programs, projects, and processes, ensuring operational excellence and goal achievement.
Communicate and implement administrative and operational policies and procedures.
Contribute to the creation of departmental procedures and performance metrics, focusing on short-term projects.
Manage special projects, reporting progress, and driving improvements while upholding GMP, safety, and quality standards.

What You’ll Need
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Operations Management; OR possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Operations Management; OR Bachelor’s degree plus successful completion of a Gallo internship in Supply Chain or Operations. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You’ll Stand Out
Prior internship experience.
Senior Class standing at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Operations Management.
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Compensation
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $31.75 - $32.75 / hour

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.
This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
