Trinity Health Sonographer Intern, Per Diem, 10's, Rotating in Fresno, California

Description:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  2. Current enrollment in an ultrasound program to complete requirements for application to ARDMS, ARRT or CCI (RVS) for certification is required. Enrollment in Saint Agnes Medical Center cross-training upon hire may be substituted for enrollment in an ultrasound program.

  3. RDMS (OB or AB), RT(S), RVT or RVS certification within twenty-four (24) months of completion of an ultrasound program or Saint Agnes Medical Center cross-training, whichever is earliest, is required.

  4. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

  5. Progression towards a thorough knowledge and understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and pathological processes, ultrasound physics, and the practical application of those principles is required.

  6. Ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating ultrasound scans is required.

  7. Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, and the public and other health care providers, and demonstrate excellent customer service orientation is required.

Pay Range: $39.59 - $55.43
