Adecco US, Inc. Quality Assurance Technician in Fresno, California
Adecco Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join its team. The QA Technician will be responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing to ensure that all products comply with quality and food safety standards . The role involves inspecting raw materials, analyzing in-process and finished products, and documenting test results. Technicians play a crucial role in identifying and resolving production issues to maintain high-quality standards. This position is on a 1st shift starting at $19-20 hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality and food safety testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Cross Contamination Prevention Programs are followed at all times.
Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection results .
Monitor and audit production lines for compliance with food safety and quality programs.
Properly maintain and calibrate lab equipment and report any malfunctions.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Assist in training new technicians and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned by QA Leads or Management.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum 6 months of prior Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
Familiarity with units of weight, temperature measurements, and chemical properties .
Basic math skills required for testing and measurement accuracy.
Ability to detect color changes in chemical reactions.
Work Environment:
Exposure to loud noises, extreme temperatures (hot and cold), and bright lighting .
Work performed in close proximity to others and around moving equipment .
Requires standing or walking for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
Must be able to lift 50 lbs periodically .
Requires frequent bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and repetitive movements .
Exposure to hazardous equipment and manufacturing processes.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
