We have created an incomparable excellence, dedicated to the quality of our brand. *Job Description/Duties: We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor. They will coordinate activities of production employees to achieve specific production, quality, safety, and sanitation goals. The qualify candidate will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Vie-Del's policies and procedures. The Production Supervisor will ensure the safety of the personnel and security of the company. Duties may include but are not limited to:*
- Plan and allocate production resources to ensure that all products are produced at the highest quality, while conforming to specifications and other applicable requirements.
- Applicants must be able to clearly convey production requirements, specifications, and work order details. They will direct the set-ups and adjustments of production lines and processing equipment.
- Supervise shift operations and personnel
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and preferred 5 years of supervisory experience in a winery, distillery, fruit juice processing, or food processing facility.
- Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Possess good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Applicant must have a valid California Driver's License and must be able to work any and all shifts, weekends and overtime.
