Community Medical Centers of Fresno, CA LVN, Surgical Progressive Care Unit in Fresno, California

As a nurse in our surgical progressive care unit, you will have unique opportunities to learn at every corner. You can make a difference here at the region’s safety net hospital, and the only area hospital with a destination therapy certification for Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) patients and certification for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) patients.

As a high acuity unit, you will work with post open heart and other specialty patients, including LVAD, PAH and post open hearts. We are looking for nurses committed to excellent patient care!


  • Graduate of approved nursing program required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

  • RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required

  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
