Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Looking for a facilities maintenance individual who has well rounded experience with:

• Electrical (Can install, change, or fix outlets. Troubleshoot any electrical issues within the building)

• Plumbing (Needs to know basics of plumbing and diagnosing issues)

• Carpentry (Perform minor carpentry on facility if needed)

• HVAC (Performs HVAC servicing at different client locations)

• Servicing all drink machines (Espresso machines, mixers - will be trained by company)

• Mechanically Inclined

• Hand & Power tools

Skills:

• HVAC (servicing at various client locations)

• Electrical (install, change, or fix outlets; troubleshoot electrical issues)

• Plumbing (basic knowledge and diagnosing issues)

• Carpentry, Drywall, Painting

• Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting

• Servicing drink machines (espresso machines, mixers, etc.)

• Building Maintenance & Repair

• Janitorial Duties

• Hand & Power tools

• General Construction

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Clean DMV Record

• Will drive a company car to various locations throughout Central Valley

• Some work is outdoors in adverse conditions when needed.

• Must have EPA Universal

• Maintenance Certifications (Not Required but nice to have)

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• 7:45am - 4:30pm (45 minute lunch)

• Occasionally overnight or weekend shifts (Pretty Rare)

Experience Level:

• High Level
