Bookkeeper

PeopleReady of Fresno, CA is now hiring Bookeepers! We would like to hire a Bookkeeper to assist one of our customers with their day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, experienced with excel, quick books, filing and answering phones. To do well in this role you should have previous experience as a Bookkeeper and have used Quickbooks.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Bookkeeper:

  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.

  • Monitor financial transactions and reports.

  • Process accounts receivable and payable.

  • Process checks.

  • Understand ledgers.

  • Work with an accountant when necessary.

  • Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • The bookkeeper role is our corporate office.

  • Bookkeeper 1 year (required)

  • Microsoft Excel 1 Year (required)

  • Accounts payable 1 year (required)
