Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient handling and organization of department data while enforcing end-user procedures. Manage and maintain critical information in various databases and SharePoint.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage document libraries within SharePoint, ensuring proper file structure, version control and naming conventions. Set user permissions to control data visibility and editing rights.

Organize and tag data into logical categories, making it easily accessible for users.

Identify and eliminate outdated or irrelevant records.

Contribute to the development of data governance procedures and guidelines and ensure end-users are adhering as such.

Become familiar with departmental databases to build capacity.
