Adecco US, Inc. Data Entry Coordinator Freemont in Fremont, Michigan

Job Title : Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid)

Location : Fremont, MI

Pay : $19.63/hr

Schedule : Hybrid (In-office Tuesday-Thursday, WFH Monday & Friday)

Hours : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 35-40 hours per week for the duration of the project

Dress Code : Casual, office-appropriate (no graphic tees or destructed jeans)

Job Duties :

  • Recreate all task lists in SAP

  • Relabel stockroom materials

  • Create new work centers for all MSE, MSM, and departmental work centers

  • Update cost centers on all maintenance plan items

  • Clean data from old purchase orders (POs)

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in data entry and typing skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications

  • Familiarity with data management systems and databases

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic math skills for numerical data entry

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • SAP experience preferred but not required

  • Reliable transportation

Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Details: $19.63 per hour
