As a member of the Accounting Operations function, the Analyst will ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of various government reports. This role requires a strong understanding of Nestlé business practices, sound analytical skills, and the ability solve complex data sourcing and organization issues. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to streamline processes and maintain strong relationships across different entities. The position will work with all operating companies in the U.S. market that require government reporting compliance.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate filing of business licenses and government statistical reporting
Manage the data retrieval and accounting for the outsourced escheatment process
Perform accounting and financial analysis for various of areas under scope
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and controls
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive continuous improvement through process renovation and automated solution

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and compliance
Proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system and MS Applications
Proven ability to leverage performance, development, and talent to build people capabilities
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Passion for solving complex problems and generating cross-functional solutions
Desire to develop digital solutions, with proven skills in the following areas
Data awareness
Visualization
Communication
Business partnering
