Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards of quality? We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards. You will play a critical role in identifying defects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and helping us deliver top-tier products to our customers.

salary: $20.5 - $22 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Product Inspection: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.

• Testing: Perform routine tests, measurements, and sampling on products and components to verify quality standards.

• Documentation: Record and maintain accurate inspection and testing results, documenting any defects or deviations.

• Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with company, industry, and regulatory standards.

• Process Improvement: Provide feedback to production teams regarding quality issues and work with them to implement corrective actions.

• Reporting: Prepare quality control reports for management and participate in regular quality audits.

• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
