Job Title: PCB Assembler / Operator

Location: Milpitas, CA

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining PCB manufacturing equipment, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PTH parts prepping

• Perform handload parts onto PCBA

• Execute change-over processes

• Conduct first article processes

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

• Inspect and test PCBs to ensure they meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in PCB manufacturing or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
