Job Information

UL, LLC Maintenance Mechanic I in Fremont, California

  • Performs electrical, welding, carpentry and masonry work associated with all building equipment, accessories and components.

  • This includes producing all support documentation such as calculations, materials lists and as built drawings.

  • Provides assistance in the various duties in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, chemical and electrical disciplines.

  • Assists in problem solving and training of subordinates in the repair and installation of building equipment and components.

  • Performs other duties as directed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 10+ years commercial maintenance & repair experience highly preferred.

  • Certifications and/or licensing in HVAC or a related area required.

  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Fremont, CA.
