Job Title: Material Handler

Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay:$26/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler with expertise in ERP systems and a strong background in warehouse operations and international export/import compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, packaging, and moving materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse receiving materials and pull materials for production.

• Ensure the accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.

• Receive incoming material and route to appropriate area or personnel.

• Fill work orders from production and package assemblies, receiving into finished goods.

• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and manage cycle count activities.

• Issue instructions to carriers and schedule and monitor carriers for on-time pickup and delivery.

• Maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems; ERP Priority is an advantage.

• At least 2 years' experience in warehouse operations and international export/import compliance.

• Familiarity with BOM and pick/pack against Work Order.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex problems.

• Strong communication skills and ability to provide guidance to various teams.

• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and independently.

• Ability to work under pressure and for long periods.

• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex data and information.

• Proficiency in utilizing visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, California.
