As a (OOS) Out of Service Coordinator for N-CPN/OOM, this role is a vital position in our Maintenance Organization serving as a key liaison between production and maintenance supporting Mechanical Integrity Program in maintaining regulatory compliance for all stationary out of service equipment per Mechanical Integrity Handbook. This role is one you will interact providing a high level of professionalism, leadership, and a strong safety mindset supporting turnarounds and daily maintenance efforts, 3rd party contract services/suppliers, leadership, PVG, asset management, engineers, production, administration, and procurement.

During your shift as a Out of Service Coordinator, you will

• Developing and managing stationary out of service lists including creating daily routine work orders in SAP for all OOS stationary equipment setting priority, PM Activity Type, user status, main work center and basic start / finish date aligned with PM Plan date.

• Coordinating, and leading OOS meetings with an agreed upon outlook to ensure OOS inspections are conducted timely and prior PM due date ensuring regulatory compliance. This role must also collaborate with production specialists to identify/document if turnaround (TAR) or on the run (OTR) in lookahead including Documenting MOC Extension requests. Coordinating ensures OOS look ahead and due dates are communicated to the scheduler and responsible for actively updating status and completion of OOS.

• Responsible for Coordinating and managing services for relief devices including gathering quotes for relief devices and create PR’s / POs in SAP. Coordinating ensures devices are scheduled, follows devices while off-site to ensure timely return, managing paperwork for OOS and replacement of devices. Also communicating when devices do not pass inspection or need additional repair including the SAP creation and progression of sub-work orders. From an SOD standpoint, OOS Coordinator is to review costs ensuring invoice accuracy.

• OOS Coordinator is the point of contact for all out of services and relief devices including sending and receiving communications from vendors, also responsible for ensuring all procurement and Non-Conformance processes are followed. Support’s audit readiness reviews and to ensure OOS devices met auditable requirements, such as tags missing or not legible to be corrected and painting of devices is adequate. This position is a key player in the CP Freeport Mechanical Integrity process and part of the audit process.

• Collaborating with PVG ensuring SAP accurately reflects the correct interval and due date for OOS and to ensure VR Stamp is in place prior to reinstallation. If a VR stamp cannot be obtained, the OOS Coordinator is responsible for coordination with ME and progression of an MOC. Reviewing MI handbook to ensure consistency, this is base role for OOS coordinator.

• Working with Process Engineers to ensuring accuracy of replacement device and subsequent paperwork also facilitating quarterly out of service inspection reviews with PVG inspection group.

• Developing and communicating Out of Service Lookaheads, including estimated costs, for budgeting cycle to ensure the data can be input into next year’s budget cycle. This position is fully responsible for ensuring all Out of Services are accurately captured in the budget.

• (OOS) Coordinator must providing Lookaheads to outage group as well as being an “active participant” in outage planning discussions, including the LTDT, to ensure that all OOS that require an outage are communicated as required by milestone schedules and scope freeze dates to prevent any overdue inspections.

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Possess 5+ years of experience in a chemical plant environment and/or maintenance organization

• Are Highly proficiency with SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft office software and are flexible and open to learning new MS software improving efficiency.

• Possess skilled communications with Operations Coordinators, Maintenance Planners, Scheduler’s, Engineers, Management, PVG and other support groups.

• Knowledge of applicable Technical Rules and standards

• Have general knowledge of mechanical equipment associated with PSM/RMP equipment such as pressure vessels (including heat exchangers), atmospheric storage tanks, relief devices of various design.

• Have demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Are willing and able to work overtime, weekend work and Holidays when necessary.
