Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in the Freehold, New Jersey area. You will primarily be managing interior renovation projects, with an opportunity to engage in both in-office tasks and on-site visits to meet with customers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior renovation projects for assisted living communities, which can range from single room refurbishments to whole building renovations.

• Interpret and utilize blueprints for project execution.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers, subcontractors, and in-house carpenters.

• Travel to various locations within the Tri-State area for meetings and site visits.

• Collaborate with a team of three other project managers and report into the Lead Project Manager.

• Oversee project schedules and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Ensure all renovations are completed to the highest standard, meeting all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

• Monitor the progress of each project, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

• Work closely with the Lead Project Manager to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Management

• 2+ proven experience in project management or a related role is essential

• Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred

• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project or Basecamp

• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct project teams effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary

• Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies is required.
