Job Title: Skilled Laborer

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled laborer who can effectively strip and clean concrete forms and products, prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, and perform basic carpentry skills. This role will also be responsible for facility maintenance and housekeeping. Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed. The shift hours are from 6:00am until finish, with potential for heavy overtime. Candidates should be prepared to discuss any outside obligations that may impact availability.

Hard Skills

• General finishing

• Pouring concrete into slabs

• Bending rebar

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
