Kforce Sales Customer Service in Fredericksburg, Virginia

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a 6-month contract to hire position. Our client is looking for candidates who can work full-time 40 hours a week. Multiple shifts are available ranging from 8 am - 9 pm. Candidates will need to be flexible for weekends.Job responsibilities are as follows: * Customer Service Representative will support our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage. and grow their small busines * Engage with small businesses to discuss their aspirations * As a Customer Service Rep, you will uncover customers' needs and discover problems that you can help them solve with Intuit's offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions * High School diploma or GED/equivalent * Preferred 1-5 years of customer service experience * Clear verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail * Self-Motivated: Ability to work with minimal supervision * Capability to work both independently and as part of a team * Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask * Proficiency with Computers, including Microsoft Office Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
