Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Be responsible for unique and challenging customer billing daily for both sales and service orders.

  • Verify shipping documents and freight charges on sales orders.

  • Verify service repair/maintenance documents on service orders.

  • Verify customer account information

  • Communicate with supporting departments to ensure information is accurate

  • Process customer returns and credits

  • Be responsible for processing customer drop shipments including verifying pricing

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting (required); Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred); Significant experience may be substituted for the education requirement

  • Skilled in Accounts Payable a plus.

  • Expert verbal and written English proficiency

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Attendance on the last business day and first business day of the month
