Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced CRNA Staffing Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing for OR and Anesthesia, with excellent understanding of block scheduling, resource allocation, and trauma room coverage. salary: $27.71 - $27.72 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Scheduling CRNAs in the OR requires candidates to understand block scheduling

• Scheduling people from an on call perspective, comp time, scheduling for trauma processes, etc. (there is a ratio of Anesthesiologists needed vs CRNAs)

• Candidates must be able to explain and understand block scheduling, allocation, trauma room coverage, and when to re-allocate resources the day of if there are no traumas

• This Administrator will create schedules and hold the staff accountable to the schedules and escalate to leadership when necessary

• Candidates must communicate well, have a professional presence, and have experience with scheduling tools

• The scheduling tool used in this role is Qgenda

• This role could include invoicing and managing time for locums and travelers
