Job Responsibilities:
Support Senior leadership and other staff members to create a well-run front and back office
Use your administrative skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook daily
Support leadership with calendars and scheduling
Create and prepare documents for management signature
Make travel arrangements and communicate scheduling
Maintain high levels of confidentiality
Reconcile credit card and other expenses for accounting
Order office supplies for weekly needs and for special events
Be well-organized and anticipate team needs
Work 8am to 5pm in-office Monday – Friday
