Job Title: Power Electronics Mechanical EngineerJob Description

As a Power Electronics Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to bring rapid prototype designs to market. This includes creating new 3D Model packaging/layout using SOLIDWORKS, ensuring designs align with standard manufacturing/assembly processes, maintaining revision control, and designing hardware packaging for high power electronics considering various requirements. You will work closely with system engineering to capture system requirements, create service plans with the service team, and utilize DFM and DFA practices. Your role also involves coordinating with third-party vendors and internal customers to meet project targets, assisting team members in achieving project budgets, and fostering open communication among all technical and business functions. Additionally, you will participate in continuous learning environments to drive standardization and high quality in design, and ensure compliance with all safety and work rules.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franksville, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This position reports to the HW Engineering Manager and is based in Franksville, with required trips to the ATG site in Milwaukee. You will work closely with the system engineering team to ensure successful integration of products into overall systems.
