Under minimum supervision, performs tasks of substantial variety and/or complexity which require a knowledge of inspection techniques, tools, materials, and equipment, including electronic and/or mechanical measuring instruments. What will my responsibilities include? Inspects parts, products, and/or processes to ensure conformance with Prints and quality requirements. Prepare documentation to customer and internal quality requirements Verifies specified dimensions of parts or material using manual or electronic inspection equipment. Program, operate, and troubleshoot Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inaccuracy problems using programmable inspection equipment. Program and operate the programmable surface finish and form test machines. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
