DescriptionPurpose of the position:Use proprietary software systems to accurately maintain data and determine forecasted customer demand. Schedule customer deliveries to avoid service interruptions at the lowest cost with the greatest utilization of assets and payloads. Identify and resolve customer and location issues. Provide world-class customer service via phone and email. Monitor alerts for changes in demand and adjusts the delivery plan as needed to ensure continuous supply to customers. Identify and escalate potential supply issues to the management team. Collaborate with Transport, Distribution, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to regularly evaluate the most efficient methods to manage customer demand and location resources.
