Pay for these positions starts at $ 18.00

Time: Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

JOB TITLE: Facilities Team Member

General Function:

The FTM is to assist the Facilities Supervisor (FS) in maintaining a well-maintained, functional environment in and around Christ Community Church in support of the ministry activities.

Essential Functions:

To provide dedicated and thorough service including, but not limited to:

• Setup and tear down tables, chairs, and other resources for internal and external group events as directed by the FS

• Some campus grounds maintenance

• Completion of routine facility responsibilities as needed.

• Other duties as assigned by the FS

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

• be teachable and follow directions.

• Must be able to move furniture and appliances; Must work in small areas.

Competencies:

• High ethical standards and an appropriate professional image

• Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player

• Ability to relate to diverse people at all levels of an organization

• Good communication skills, verbal and written

Physical Demands:

• Standing for long periods, Ability to hear, Ability to see, Ability to speak.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, must be able to move furniture and appliances; work in a small area
