Job Description

A client in the Franklin, TN area is looking for an entry level candidate to help with the overload of calls for their service desk. This role will strictly be answering calls with no hardware support.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in IT or 1+ year of experience

* Motivated and reliable *  Help desk experience null
