Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is within the IT industry, focusing on enhancing the use of Microsoft Dynamics in managing IT projects. As such, the developer will be involved in integrating Dynamics with the ERP system, automating manual processes, and transitioning from the design phase to the go-live phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics to manage IT projects

• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with the ERP system using REST/JSON

• Replace manual processes with automated systems for tracking tickets

• Transition projects from the design phase to the go-live phase

• Collaborate with a team of project managers and resources to ensure project success

• Work remotely, tracking project progress using Jira / Confluence and communicating with the team via Slack

• Support the testing phase alongside a formal QA staff

• Utilize Client Side Scripting and Cloud Technologies in project development and management

• Implement Automation Quality Assurance and Deployment Automation in project processes

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction

• Leverage skills in Business Process Functions and Configuration Management to streamline project processes

• Develop APIs and utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize project outcomes. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Client Side Scripting

• Experience with Cloud Technologies

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in API Development

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and MS Dynamics CRM

• Knowledge of Lawson and Lawson HRIS

• Proficiency in REST JSON, REST API, REST API Design, JSON, and JSON - JavaScript Object Notation

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), UAT Testing, and UAT

• Demonstrated experience in Automation, Automation Quality Assurance, Automation Scripts, and Automation Solutions
