Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician $30-$32

Job Description:

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair a variety of batch processing tanks ranging in size from 5 gallons to 3000 gallons, and maintain chillers. You will operate and maintain fork trucks, aerial lifts, and fleet vehicles while working closely with our engineering team. A working knowledge of 480V breakers, wiring, and PLC systems is essential as you may replace power sources and fuses or power down machines. Most of the work will be conducted at our Franklin facility, but occasional assistance at our Springboro location may be required.

Hard Skills

• 5 years of industrial maintenance

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair ability

• Lock Out Tag Out experience

• Knowledge of 480V breakers, wiring, and PLC systems

Soft Skills

• Ability to work closely with engineering team

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Flexibility for planned and unplanned overtime

• Reliability for on-call duties

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Ohio.

Work Environment

Equipment: Pumps, motors, bearings, shaft seals, drive units, power transmission systems, forklifts, pneumatic compressors, air dryers, airlines, gauges, automatic valves. Work mostly in the Franklin facility with occasional tasks at the Springboro location. Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday) with a $0.50 shift differential. Pay: $30-$32/hr with planned and unplanned overtime and an on-call system. Minimum 3 hours pay if called in
