Franklin Regional Hospital Patient Service Representative in Franklin, New Hampshire

  • The Patient Service Representative is expected to perform administrative functions to assist providers and ensure the pleasant and efficient flow of patients through a provider practice and billing process. Interactions should be delivered in a manner that is appropriate to the patient’s age, physical ability and intellectual development. The employee is expected to demonstrate accuracy in their responsibilities.

  • Required - High School Graduate or Equivalent

  • Preferred - Associate Degree

  • Training:

  • Preferred

  • Administrative/Secretarial

  • Medical Terminology

  • Experience:

  • Preferred

  • 1+ Years in Medical or Healthcare Setting

  • Accepting Payment/Cash Balancing

  • Customer Service

  • Certification, Licensure, Registration Requirements: Current credentials are required for all practitioners requiring a license, certification or registration to perform their responsibilities.
