Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for the next step in your career? We have the opportunity for you! Randstad is excited to partner with a well know manufacturing facility in Franklin, Ky. We are in search of experienced Machine Operators who strive for exceptional performance and who have a track record of meeting production goals while always ensuring the highest standard of quality. The ideal candidate will have mechanical apptitude, pay close attention to detail, and work well in a team enviornment. The machine operators will assist with loading and unloading equipment, operating the lines, and perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. This position will be working 8 hour shifts and we currently have one 1st shift opening. If this sounds like you, now!

salary: $18.5 - $18.51 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate machine to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production.

• Ensure appropriate, accurate documentation of processes

• Maintain materials used in production processes

• Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment

• Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies

• Maintain departmental quality standards

• Other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 35lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
