Sanofi Group Global Revenue Growth Management Lead (all genders) in Frankfurt, Germany

Our Team:

The Global Revenue Growth Management Team , reporting into the CHC Global Growth Hub is responsible for:

Driving Opella’s P&L through enabling our Markets to optimize core RGM lever plans – Pricing, Promotion, Trade Terms, Mix and Portfolio. Building and implementing the new ‘Future Fit’ RGM organization including; Technology (e.g. TPO and TPM), Data, Process and People Embedding RGM into Opella’s culture and ‘heart beat’ through; e.g. Launching RGM into our core business processes, integrating RGM into corporate incentives and targets Facilitates and owns the Global RGM community to drive best in class sharing, talent pipeline and RGM award and recognition The owner of the ‘Opella’s Way to RGM’ capability program , bringing best in class RGM support to RGM practitioners and all functions responsible for RGM actions RGM performance management: Partners with key functions to raise awareness of Opella’s periodic RGM current and future projected RGM performance

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted business advisor and partner to the Global Head of RGM, Brand GMs, Regional Heads, and Global Digital organization.

  • Financial Performance: Drive the organization's financial performance by delivering objectives such as net sales, BOI, cash conversion, and market share through sales and margin expansion.

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of the new Opella RGM organizational blueprint (Tech, Data, Process and People)

  • Global RGM Center of Excellence (COE): Strategically organizes the Global RGM COE, enables prioritization and creates a foundation for the team to execute their plans

  • RGM Global Capability Program: Overall owner of RGM capability program; strategy, direction, funding and co-ordination Lead the embedding RGM into IBP, Fit4Growth and all commercial processes . Drive the Global RGM ‘SPARK’ program to build pipeline of Opella RGM Future Fit organization . For example – RGM Sustainability, AI for RGM, RGM ‘Design 4 Channel

About you

  • Experience : 3-5 years’ proficiency in revenue growth management and/or General management with business growth track record, 2 to 3 years RGM technology implementation experience, 3-5 years global change, transformation experience, 5-7 years Commercial experience (including Grocery)

  • Soft and technical skills : Strong leader with demonstrated track-record for driving team results with revenue growth management experience. Global experience in CHC and OR FMCG, starting, building, and creating a new function and/or team in collaboration with Finance and Analytics. Intense financial acumen and subject matter expertise in Revenue management; customer profitability concepts, trade & consumer activation promotions, forecasting, budgeting, and related monthly financial and accrual processes. Ability to develop and translate strategy into action, utilizing a compelling narrative and motivating others. Organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. Independent, results-oriented, proactive way of working and hands-on mentality. Ability to work with international teams. High level of internal and external customer orientation. Strong interpersonal skills. High attention to detail. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to structure problems and related solutions and to prepare them in a decision-oriented manner, leadership skills

  • Education : B.A /B.S. degree required. Preferred in the field of business administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance.

  • Languages : Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) in English.
