Maintenance Technician

Location: Frankfort Plant

Salary: $66,560 - $85,280 Annually

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (1 Opening)

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM ($1 Shift Differential) (1 Opening)

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM ($1 Shift Differential) (1 Opening)

Job Description:

Join our team at the largest North American plant, where we manufacture high-quality filters for Engine OEMs. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform essential preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Mechanical Troubleshooting: Rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, hydraulic/pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, and sprocket adjustments.

Electrical Troubleshooting: Working with 480V, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, control panel troubleshooting, and utilizing multimeters.

Robotic Troubleshooting: Handling Fanuc robotics.

Additional Skills:

• Controls experience, particularly with PLC troubleshooting (ladder logic, parameter edits, relays, timers, switches), is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $85280.00
