Staples Sr Analyst Sales Operations in Framingham, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing :

  • Work with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to provide unique insights into our data.

  • Act as primary point of contact for business insights, consulting, and supporting various business partners in the development of their optimization roadmaps.

  • Build and maintain C-Level facing dashboards and reports.

  • Be a liaison with several cross-functional teams, co-creating learning center from optimization insights development and delivering results.

  • Help streamline and document our data science workflows.

  • Develop models that can be used to make predictions and answer questions for the overall business.

  • Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning.

  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate.

What you bring to the table:

  • Communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with concurrent projects.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, engineering or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau / PowerBI or other data visualization tools.

What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in stats, applied math, or related discipline.

  • Experience building or maintaining ETL processes.

  • Professional certifications

  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Proven track record of applying complex theories and methods to solve practical problems
