Join our clients Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. You will coordinate all related project activities and deliverables, develop and maintain schedules, work with product owners and business SMEs to elicit detailed requirements, write stories for Epic delivery, and manage activities from end to end. Your responsibilities include monitoring progress, researching and summarizing data, updating project trackers, developing formal documentation, maintaining relationships with business partners, contributing to backlog refinement, supporting feature discovery efforts, and analyzing business processes to define requirements. To excel in this role, you will need knowledge of project management, excellent computer skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Experience with the ServiceNow platform and functional knowledge of Asset Management and Configuration Management is a plus. This role requires the ability to work independently on small to medium assignments with minimal guidance.

What you'll do

The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at Client, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of Client associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.

· Coordinating all related project activities and deliverables; utilizing appropriate resources as required; develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of project and BAU activities

· Works with the product owner and business SMEs to elicit detailed requirements

· Write stories for Epic delivery based on detailed requirements

· Coordinate end to end management of the activities to deliver those epics stories and features with the Customer and engineering teams

· Monitors progress against targets

· Research, gathers information, summarizes data

· Review and update activities within a Project tracker in conjunction with Manager/Manger Of/AVPD

· Develop formal project documentation and ensures that all required documentation is forwarded to all parties for all projects/activities

· Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners

· Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations

· Supports functional feature discovery efforts

· Analyzes business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques

· Ability to work independently on small-medium assignments with minimal guidance
