Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the non-profit sector, based in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role involves meticulous organization and attention to detail, with a primary focus on managing and maintaining customer data records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Keep up-to-date and precise customer credit records.

• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.

• Input data from excel and paper files into the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.

• Organize files and documents effectively.

• Perform calculations as necessary for data entry tasks.

• Carry out scanning tasks and manage email correspondence.

• Use 10 Key skills and typing proficiency to ensure smooth data entry operations. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential

• Demonstrable experience in Customer Service is required

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills

• Must be adept at Email Correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Must be skilled in using Microsoft Word

• Must have experience in Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately is required

• Proficiency in Scanning documents is necessary

• Must have excellent Typing skills
