A day in the life of a Client Solutions Coordinator

In this role you will work with prospective and current clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care to ensure they have a positive experience from the start of their home care services.

This will be done by:

  • Speaking with clients over the phone, helping them determine the amount and type of service needed

  • Setting up in-person assessments with one of Tribute's Client Solutions Managers

  • Supporting Tribute's clients by connecting them with resources, collecting feedback, and collaborating with Client Solutions Managers to ensure a wonderful service experience

  • Supporting Tribute's Caregivers through providing detailed and up to date client care information, and ensuring they have the knowledge and tools they need to be successful

    This role will involve occasional travel in the MetroWest Boston, Boston, and North of Boston area to visit clients and caregivers.

    This person has the flexibility to work from home when not visiting clients or caregivers, or attending in-person meetings at our Framingham office.

    What you need to be qualified for this position

  • At least 2 years of administrative work experience

  • Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Collaborative spirit

  • The ability to travel in the Boston, MetroWest Boston, and North of Boston area as needed

  • Vaccination against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons
