Job Overview

Job Description:

AI,Vision system and program design

(i) Cooperate with mechanism design engineer to clarify design details;

(ii) Set project schedule and technical specification.

(iii) Review tool design concept.

(v) Conduct AI and vision system design for new machine.

(vi)Cooperate with Manufacturing Engineer to clarify inspect details.

(vii) Conduct control system fabrication, setup and adjustment for new machine."

New Assembly Tool Qualification

(i) Conduct and follow sample making and new assembly tool improvement in order to ensure the new assembly tool meets the schedule.

(ii) Conduct testing and qualification with mechanism design engineer for new assembly tool to ensure the new assembly tool meets the requirement.

(iii) Release to mass production after getting approval and provide support in order to ensure the transfer to mass production is smooth."

AI and Vision Technical Guidance

Coach, train and develop engineer and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded."

EHS

Implement EHS regulations to ensure that all members conform to EHS specifications and all equipment conform to EHS requirements"

What your background should look like:

Requirements:

1. 根据新项目需求，负责连接器非标视觉项目方案可行性评估，视觉硬件选型、设置和测试 。

2. AI 技术导入(不限于视觉领域)。

3. 编写视觉检查程序，开发人机交互界面，编写相关项目文档

4. 执行设备现场安装调试，量产验证及GR&R，及时解决调试和试产中出现的问题直到设备生产交付

5. Bachelor Degree Majored in Mechanical engineering, image processing, machine vision and related background.

6. 5 years working experiences
