Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: What You Will Be Doing:

As a Life Cycle Management Proposal Integrator Lead you will be focused on managing the various proposals associated with both the F16 and F22 program. As a member of the Lifecycle management team, this team member will work closely with the existing CAM and ensure that all proposals are on time and the appropriate impacts are documented. To add you will be assisting the team on SETR events which will work closely with the proposal work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilize EVMS to perform cost and schedule variance analysis

• Develop monthly estimate to complete assessments

• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

• Implement scope changes and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.

• Support of onsite events/meetings will be required on occasion.

• Assisting LCM team with SETR events, tech doc reviews, etc. as needed

• Perform CAM Duties

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

- Lifecycle Management (LCM) Experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- CAM Certified

Desired Skills:

- F16/F22 Program Experience

- Basis of Estimate (BOE) Experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
