What You Will Be Doing:
As a Systems Engineer, you will:
• Ensure project adherence to technical policies, configuration management practices, airworthiness and safety standards, and applications of specialty engineering so that product design integrity and performance is maintained and optimized across all aircraft systems.
• Oversee and track change requests, ensuring proper approvals and closure while maintaining communication with internal teams and external customers.
• The successful candidate will collaborate across engineering teams to resolve and integrate technical/engineering requirements and verify their incorporation in the resulting product. They should have knowledge of the Systems Engineering process/discipline.

You are a motivated engineer with a strong foundation in systems engineering principles and a keen ability to manage complex projects. You excel in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. Your ability to integrate technical knowledge with program execution ensures success in fast-paced aerospace environments.
Further Information About This Opportunity:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Systems Engineering and Project Management
• Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Technical Field
• Work with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
• Experience with systems engineering milestone SETRs events (PDR/CDR/TRR etc.)
• Experience in a collaborative Technical Team and Team-based environment
• F-35 system knowledge
• Air System, including Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems, Weapons, ALIS, Training, and Support Equipment knowledge.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
