Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you develop skills and solutions to assist with analyzing and interpreting data from operational maintenance data sources for use in reliability and maintainability analyses and includes database queries, tool management and identification of possible R&M improvement projects. Help solve technical issues of limited scope associated with electronic/electrical and mechanical system components. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing and interpreting requirements – contractor and supplier, establishing performance goals and thresholds, analyze fielded data to develop performance metrics, and coordinate with external organizations to ensure accurate product representation. Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

- Experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft applications.

- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

- High self-motivated with ability to close on assignments

- Engineering analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.

- Basic knowledge/understanding of Systems Engineering principles (Reliability & Maintainability)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
