Lockheed Martin Senior Systems Engineer - Level 3 in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: The selected candidate will be a System Engineering (SE) Lifecycle Management (LCM) Team. Duties include systems engineering activities required to meet program technical requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Establishes and oversees the execution of the SE process, to include how development and technical processes are executed, how the maturation of the product will be evaluated, and how overall development is measured throughout execution
Conducts integrated technical planning and control, managing the requirements process; generation and analysis of metrics, and reporting on topics of technical efforts.
Develops, leads, and presents engineering milestone events (SE Technical Review (SETR) events as required (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FCA, PCA, etc.).
Supports detailed technical integration activities between critical program functions.
Develops bids for Bases of Estimates (BOEs),
identifies risk and opportunities (R/O), and reports
systems engineering management metrics.
Performs technical integration during product development, assesses and manages Key Performance Parameters / Technical Performance Measurements (KPPs/TPMs)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related technical field
Lifecycle Management (LCM) Experience
Knowledge and usage of SE processes and System Engineering “V”
Experience with SE milestone events (PDR/CDR/TRR etc.)
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships within a fast-paced team
Has Final Secret and the ability to obtain special program access.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Tableau, Jira and Confluence
Supplier Management experience
Supplier Forum experience
Basis of Estimate (BOE) Experience
Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel
Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
