VF Corporation Returns/Rework - 2nd Shift in Fort Worth, Texas
Shift: 2nd Shift (Fri - Sun 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
This position is responsible for the re-baling and VAS of useable inventory as well as processing of customer returns. This person will follow the direction given by the Department Lead or Supervisor.
The primary responsibility for Rework is to re-bale inventory coming into the department and to process customer returns on a day-to-day basis at a rework station. The Department Lead or Supervisor will direct the person to move throughout the department in order to ensure the work is being processed to support the timely completion and service of business needs. The person will help maintain a safe work environment in supporting the day-to-day operations of these areas as well as within the Fort Worth Distribution Center. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Proper re-packaging and or re-baling of inventory according to customer specifications and company’s production standards.
Will complete accurate processing of customer returns
Will ensure proper housekeeping is maintained at rework station and line area.
Will follow all safety policies and procedures.
Will communicate production concerns or issues with lead and/or supervisor.

To communicate any issues, you encounter and report them to the Lead or Supervisor
To support the feedback on a weekly basis given back to the person during the Coaching and Training sessions
To understand the clear day to day objectives from their Lead or Supervisor
Other additional departmental duties assigned by the Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager

Education and/or Experience
Rework is preferred to have at least 3 months of experience in a high paced volume processing warehousing and distribution operations. A minimum of 3 months’ experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System and Radio Frequency equipment.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be able to communicate with their Department Lead or Supervisor.
Ability to derive and utilize simple mathematical problems. This requirement is used during the re-packing and re-baling, reading of numbers from a radio frequency handheld device or computer, understanding their performance reports.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The person will need to be able to lift, pull, push, and carry objects. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This person is required to stand for up to 10 to 12 hours per shift. The person is required to move from one section of the building to another and to different departments.
