Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Fort Worth, Texas | Fully On-site!

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager who will be located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing both the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive business goals and brand recognition. This role involves managing all marketing activities within the company and controlling the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive and effective integrated marketing campaigns.

• Perform market research to stay abreast of the latest market trends and competitor behavior.

• Collaborate with the sales department to drive marketing strategies and adjust as necessary to meet sales goals.

• Provide leadership and coordination for the marketing team.

• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to different projects.

• Identify potential new marketing avenues or promotional opportunities.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager and managing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.

• Knowledge of market research methods and analysis.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
