TexasBank Marketing Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas

SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator supports and optimizes our organization's marketing programs. Responsibilities revolve around coordinating with the marketing team and providing support to executive marketing staff. Duties include handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports in a clear format and assisting with internal and external marketing events. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating detailed and visually appealing graphics and content for digital and print advertising mediums.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to formulate and implement comprehensive strategies for integrated marketing campaigns. This involves researching market trends, identifying target audiences, and developing actionable plans to effectively reach and engage these audiences through various channels.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities that support the marketing departments activities functions within the marketing departments activities and strategic initiatives. This includes organizing meetings, maintaining departmental records and ensuring that all marketing efforts are well-documented and organized.
  • Assist the Marketing leadership team in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects. This may involve project management tasks such as coordinating with different teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide support to digital, social media, public relations, and creative teams in selecting and optimizing media channels for their projects. Help evaluate the effectiveness of different media platforms and ensure that media choices align with project goals and target audiences.
  • Serve as the administrator for the company intranet, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to all employees.
  • Plan and schedule the placement of content on various digital media platforms. This includes setting up content calendars, ensuring timely publication, and coordinating with content creators to align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Utilize digital media channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to improve brand visibility and engagement. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand recognition and build a strong online presence.
  • Create and update content for diverse media platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and best practices. This includes drafting and editing content for emails (via Constant Contact), digital newspapers, print articles, and other marketing materials.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This position occasionally requires flexibility for work beyond standard hours, although such instances are infrequent.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing field.

Solid knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Knowledge of web design and content management systems.

Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Knowledge of the latest marketing and media trends.

Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.

Proficient knowledge and skill of computers.

Basic photography and videography skills.

The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
