Lockheed Martin International Industrial Development Staff - Level 4 in Fort Worth, Texas

This position will support industrial development/offset programs for current and/or future international customer industrial cooperation obligations. Supports engagements and interactions with international industries and with offset organizations within foreign governments to understand applicable regulations and expectations. Supports the development of agreements with offset customers, suppliers and industrial partners. Supports the implementation of offset programs that satisfy commitments on schedule and within program budget. Supports reporting on offset progress, and ensures offset commitments are implemented in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. The selected candidate will support the offset team lead responsible for identifying, developing, proposing, and implementing offset projects and programs in support of international sales for the F-16, C-130J, F-35 and other LM Aeronautics products. Tasking may include although will not be limited to identification, documenting and development of applicable process and procedures, support of offset project development, proposal development, development of program metrics, tracking and reporting, development and maintenance of program documentation and databases.

A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Relevant Program Management, Project Management, Contract Management, Sub-Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Offset, Industrial Development, Industrial Cooperation, or Industrial Participation experience.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.

Desired Skills:

• International experience

• Demonstrated strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Cross-functional team coordination experience

• Experience with Project and/or Program Management

• Experience working in both a team environment, as well as working independently with guidance from senior members of the organization

• Experience with proposal writing, ability to develop and / or evaluate business plans and financial risk analysis.

• Experience with Supplier Management

• Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Cost/Scheduling, or as a Cost Account Manager, (CAM)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
