Description We are searching for a Facilities/Site Operations Manager to join us in BOCA RATON, Florida. The individual in this role will be tasked with overseeing the operations of our facilities, including the preparation of materials and equipment for training sessions, overseeing the delivery of all training, and maintaining a professional work environment. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and arrangement of materials and equipment for training site sessions.

• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of all training, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Guide learners on assignments to be fulfilled and provide necessary demonstrations for better understanding.

• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment in line with company dress codes.

• Assist in editing and providing feedback to created content.

• Monitor goals and plan for modification if needed.

• Evaluate center staff attending training sessions and provide necessary assistance.

• Maintain and monitor student training progress, reporting progress to site leadership as necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Power BI, Smartsheet, and other necessary tools to manage and monitor various aspects of site operations.

• Handle materials handling and cost analysis in line with the needs of the facilities. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Strong training and communication skills

• Proven experience in planning and materials handling

• Ability to utilize monitoring tools and conduct cost analysis

• Familiarity with R Code, Power BI, and Smartsheet

• Editing skills and experience conducting training sessions

• Knowledge of adult learning theory

• Experience in managing site operations

• Strong organizational skills

• Experience in facility management and making progress in operational efficiency.
