We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.
Engineering Resource Specialist
We have multiple positions open for Engineering Resource Specialists on the Engineering Talent team. We are looking for motivated people, to help attract, retain, and coordinate the technical talent across Bell. Multiple roles are available, with differing responsibilities based on skillsets and experience. Members will coordinate closely with Core Engineering, Human Resources, and Programs across the enterprise to build our talent pipeline to ensure our teams are staffed to successfully support all programs simultaneously.Our most cherished core value is to Lift Each Other up, creating a diverse and inclusive environment. What you’ll be doing as an Engineering Resource Specialist
Interview Experience: Coordinate with Human Resources and key stakeholders to develop and manage an improved interview experience for prospective candidates, including coordination, scheduling, training.
Event Coordination: Coordinate with Human Resources and Marketing to assist in all aspects of recruiting events, including planning, organizing, and supporting onsite.
Manpower Planning: Coordinate with programs and functional leaders to capture, manage, coordinate, and forecast current and future manpower needs across the technical community. This will include evaluation of different solutions for tracking, managing, and updating data across the enterprise.
Develop, maintain, and distribute metrics for the Engineering Talent team, to be used to share current performance to all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
Provide administrative and data management to personnel related tasks to include: compiling spreadsheets to track recruiting status, managing personnel lists and data for promotions.
Compile and perform data analysis and generate reports for departmental initiatives such as: budget tracking and forecasting, capital planning, manpower assessments and metrics.
Management of SharePoint 2016 sites, including page creation, formatting, permissions, and data access management through user groups.
Provide assistance for all aspects of the Engineering Talent team responsibilities.
Qualifications
Skills you bring to the role
Solid communication skills to be able to collaborate and/or exchange complex information with industry and internal professionals across all organizational levels.
Candidate should be highly organized and efficient.
Expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of relational or object-oriented databases and data management.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the qualifications listed in the job description.
3 years experience is Project Coordination, Administration, Event Coordination, Manpower Planning, or related field.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, PowerPivot, VB macros, graphing, importing, exporting, merging and analyzing data from multiple sources, etc).
Experience using Microsoft PowerBi is preferred.
Some travel may be required (<5%)
